Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field
- 1–2 years’ experience in HR or a related administrative role
- Good knowledge of HR practices, employee relations and workplace policies
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee records, leave and attendance management
- Good understanding of employment laws, statutory requirements and workplace compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively across departments
