Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience with 2-3 years' experience in an F&B supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, cost control and inventory management.
- Good leadership, communication and commercial skills.
- Knowledge of POS and hotel/inventory systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations, including bar, restaurants and events.
- Focus on revenue, profitability, and cost management.
- Uphold service, food quality, and hygiene standards.
- Train and motivate the F&B team.
- Manage stock, purchasing. inventory, and waste.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and effective service recovery.
- Comply with hotel SOPs, food safety, and Kenyan regulations.
