You will also diagnose full-stack problems end to end (network, authentication, SSL, application), own topology documentation, build and test disaster recovery, and act as technical lead and mentor for the team.
You will need:
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering, plus 7–10 years relevant experience
- Deep Linux, Windows, database, and networking knowledge
- Puppet, Chef, or Ansible
- Docker and container infrastructure
- VMware and cloud infrastructure in a managed service environment
- Strong scripting
- Design-level expertise for SaaS platforms
