Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and professionally.
- Provide quality pharmaceutical and customer service.
- Manage stock, including receiving, storage, expiry and batch tracking.
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with PPB requirements and company SOPs.
- Monitor and report stock discrepancies, losses and other pharmacy-related issues.
- Support achievement of branch operational and service targets.
- Minimum Qualifications Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognised institution.
- Valid PPB enrolment or practicing licence.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a community pharmacy.
- Good knowledge of dispensing, stock management and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Good communication, customer service and computer skills. High level of integrity, accuracy and professionalism.
