Living Wellness Practitioner

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

• The role of the Living Wellness Practitioner will be responsible for creating and delivering transformative holistic experiences within a luxury lodge environment. This role integrates Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, and Therapeutic Massages into a seamless guest wellness journey grounded in safety, professionalism, and international best practice standards.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliverables

• Deliver high-quality private and group yoga sessions tailored to guests’ abilities, experience and wellness goals.
• Hold a minimum 200-hour internationally recognised Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) qualification.
• Facilitate meditation, mindfulness and relaxation sessions that promote wellbeing and relaxation.
• Lead safe, structured and professionally supervised breathwork sessions, following recognised safety practices.
• Tailor yoga practices to each guest’s individual abilities, experience, mobility and wellness goals.
• Create engaging, inclusive and personalised wellness experiences for guests.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education:

• Advanced Yoga Therapy qualification, preferably an internationally recognised programme such as an 800-hour Yoga Therapy.
• Additional recognised Breathwork certification, preferably 200–400 hours.
• Certification in Meditation or Mindfulness.
• Recognised Therapeutic Massage / Bodywork qualification.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2–5 years of experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, retreats or high-end wellness resorts.
