Duties and responsibilities at this level will involve sorting, preparing draft correspondences; preparing job advertisements in line with the job descriptions; providing support in processing of salaries, allowances, benefits and final dues; issuing of staff Identity Cards; and Processing of leave applications, sick sheets and sick offs.
For appointment to this level a candidate must have:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution; and
- Proficiency in computer applications.
