Job description & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation of CBC curriculum requirements
- Monitor lesson planning, schemes of work, teaching aids and teaching effectiveness
- Set teacher performance targets and manage appraisals
- Manage teacher discipline and participate in teacher recruitment
- Supervise extracurricular activities, school trips, events and projects
- Monitor PP2 performance and support Grade 1 transition/interviews
- Oversee examinations and test-setting
- Supervise the caretaker, kitchen, stores and library
- Manage parent engagement, admissions and new student intake
- Oversee fees collection, petty cash and school transport/bus management
