Responsibilities
- Own the digital product roadmap across our Android applications, web and payment journeys, and the commercial results it delivers
- Design end-to-end lending journey, from application through disbursement to final repayment
- Define and implement our product analytics, funnel reporting and A/B testing capability
- Establish a structured experimentation model – hypothesis, experiment, measure, learn, scale, and embed it across Commercial, Risk & Operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in digital product or product management, with a track record of delivering high-volume consumer products in financial services, payments or e-commerce
- Proven end-to-end ownership of a customer-facing digital product, with measurable commercial results behind it
- Fluent in product analytics and CRO, including event definition, funnel analysis and running A/B tests independently
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven track record of driving outcomes across commercial, technical and operational teams
