KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead integrated brand campaigns, product launches and seasonal initiatives.
- Drive content and digital communications across all relevant platforms.
- Manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, events and activations.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and high-quality execution.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver strategic brand initiatives.

- Professional qualification (e.g. CIM, Chartered Marketer) is an added advantage.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in FMCG and brand marketing, with proven success in brand communications and partnerships.
- Strong skills in brand strategy, positioning, segmentation, communication and digital.
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, analytics tools, CRM, social platforms).
- Excellent project management, reporting and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising small teams and managing agencies.
