About The Role We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and results-oriented Credit Control Lead to manage the hospital's credit control and accounts receivable function. The role is responsible for ensuring timely collection of revenue, maintaining healthy cash flows, managing relationships with insurers and corporate clients, and driving continuous improvement in the hospital's revenue cycle processes. Key Responsibilities Credit Control & Collections Lead the hospital's debt collection and accounts receivable activities to ensure timely recovery of outstanding balances; Monitor debtor aging and implement strategies to reduce overdue accounts and improve cash collection

Qualifications: A first degree in any Business related discipline A Master’s degree in Business Administration or Banking and Finance and relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage Experience: A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a bank or financial institution Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong credit and marketing skills Excellent financial analysis and interpretation skills Strong presentation skills Excellent problem solving capabilities
